1. Returns We want you to be enchanted by your purchase from Transylvania Mystic. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Hygiene Exception Due to the nature of our handcrafted soaps and body products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or have the seal broken, unless they arrived damaged.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods If your mystical soaps or candles arrive damaged during their journey from Transylvania, please contact us immediately at office@transylvaniamystic.ie with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe/Card) within 5-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
